Last service was shocking ended up in another garage as weren't intrested as it was just before Christmas. This is a lease car so left it to them to address with Mill. Car came out leaking diesel and the main issue it had gone in for not sorted. When reported just said ring lease company. Car was taken of the road for the dangerous condition it was sent out in. Mill apparently appologed to the other garage but neither Mill or Volvo (completed online surveys) have come back to me. Via the lease company I am awaiting someone to clean my drive which is now covered in diesel from this dibarcal and oil from the previous issue after been in the garage for 3 weeks on September. That time it was returned with a oil leak. To be fair this was taken in the same day it was reported and another car provided. This car had till September served me well and the key starting point was the engine management light. The work on the car that was completed has cost thousands and due to the further cost has been deemed not viable and sent for disposal. Accept it had high milage on a 64 plate but volvos will go around the clock a good couple of times, I have done it.
Our visit to Volvo Mill Garage, Stockton on 13th of January was a pleasant one, particularly as we were hosted by Mr. Marc Winter. He made every effort to ensure our comfort and provide satisfaction toward establishing a vehicle to fulfil our needs and price range. We left a 200 deposit via credit card. However, when we returned today to the showroom to inform Marc that we required the return of our deposit because we intend to explore the market more. We were greatly disappointed by the system employed by Mill Garages for the return of our deposit with relation to the time it takes for us to regain our deposit.
Turned up with 25K to spend on a second hand car. Not approached by any sales staff, must have been the old Volvo V70 I turned up in. Spent my money elsewhere. Got a cracking 9 month old V40.
This has to be one of the better. Car dealers in the area. The salesman was very helpful, gave us all the information we asked for and went above and beyond. We would have no problems at all recommending the dealership and sales team. Thanks for you help today.
