Do not touch Teesside Audi with a barge pole! My wife and I bought a car here in 2015 and every time we have returned for a service etc we have been appalled at the customer service or lack of it. A courtesy car is extremely hard to come by unless booked in about 6-8 weeks in advance. It is without doubt the most pretentious place I have ever been, when we arrived one time heres four or five salesmen preening their hair using the car windows as a mirror as customers were passing them! Receptionists are little help on the phone they just seem to pass your query on to someone who never seems to call you back. Im pleased to say we have organised a part ex for our car and are moving to a different brand. I would never return to Teesside Audi and warn anyone from going there in the first place.

rang them up about a new audi car went in to see them and met a young lady and set up a deal for me and i was willing to pay a deposit of 8,000,00 pounds my car is a peugeot estate car 6 years old and i have just had new brake discs and pads which cost 268 pounds which i thought was cheap and in perfect working order ,i then ask the young lady how much she would take my car for as this was part of the deal ,and she said they would give me 150 pound for my car as trade in i said i will keep the car and sell it myself and tried to leave a deposit but it wouldn't go through ,im glad it never because i could get a lot more for my car elsewhere , I've been to other dealers and they have all said its worth a least 3.000,00 pound for a trade in ,yes they do talk to you nice a but at the end of the day where can you buy a 6 year old car in very good condition for 150 pound also a lady friend I that I know said her dad went to see them about getting a new car and they tried it on with him and she had to go there and tell them of over how they where treating her dad this is the 3 Audi dealer I've been to try and get a new car ,
