Went to view the car after seeing it on Auto Trader. The car was as advertised. Initially received by James Graham who was curious and pleasant throughout. He checked my car as a part exchange and matched a price previously quoted by another garage so I was pleased with that. Told James I would think about it. There was no pressure to make any decision which I liked too. I returned a couple of days later but James was off that day so was seen by Parise Willie. Again very professional and pleasant. I had a test drive and decided to buy. Paperwork was completed as quickly as possible and clear instructions given on the process. I must say that I find this process a little timely when they offer products which totalled around 1500 on top of the cost of the car! I understand that this is something that is done by all garages but find it tedious. I picked the car up a couple of days later and again received great service.
