Staff very helpful and friendly. No pressure in buying. We went to look at cars and both passed comment how relaxed it was. I will be back.

I decided I wanted to buy a Kia Optima estate. Went to the dealership and the salesman were not interested. So off I went to spend my cash at Motorpoint. So when my car was due it's 1st year service I took it to kia Stockton as I was told the service staff were really nice!!wrong!! 4 weeks to book my car in for a service. I asked for a courtesy car which I was told yes no problem. You just need to bring your driving licence, its no extra charge. So surprise surprise when my wife took the car in for the service they told her no courtesy car was available for her, then found a car and wanted to charge for a days insurance. Eh no!!! Once we then went back to collect the car, the staff were rude and unfriendly. Not interested in helping my wife with a 12 week old baby ect(I don't expect anyone to help) but it's only polite to ask and good customer service. Got back to the car and Kia couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash or Hoover like the majority so garages now do. So in short, poor salesman,poor services staff, poor customer service. I won't return!!!
From start to finish customer care really bad. First salesman dissapeared after passing us to someone else. Second salesman took all details then dissapeared to serve someone else. I wonder why we left??? But the good news is that as someone who lectures in customer care, the experience you gave my wife and I will prove most valuable in future customer care lectures.
