I went to look at a vehicle for my father and I was gobsmacked at just how poor this place is ran. Mo the salesman was rude and abrupt because I knew my stuff, I asked for the service history for the car to which he replied "Well if its not in the glove box then it don't have any" The car had multiple issues and was presented in such a way you would think they were a back street trader. Sale lost and I would never return.
As a customer I was not listened to. The salesman was only interested in selling add ons. Still cash in my pocket can go elsewhere.
I recently purchased a car from this store. The salesman I was dealing with, Darren, was very patient (as it took 4 hours for me to decide if I wanted a car), understanding and friendly. Darren ensured the car I chose fulfil my needed and was very informative throughout the process of purchasing my car.
after seeing previous reviews by others on here I was very sceptical about visiting. But as they have a large selected of cars I thought I would give it a go. I arrived to find plenty of spaces in the car park. (We all know this is a shock for a car garage) plenty of choice to have a look round. Not looking at buying a car for a few years but like to see whats around. Had a walk around the cars and a sales man walked over, I think his name was Micheal. Explained what cars they have and how the price of the car work and explained if I need any help. He would be more than happy to assist. Asked me what type of car I liked and he showed me a few options. When Its time for me to get a new car I will definitely be calling in. Thank you for a nice experience! It makes all the difference :)
