Took my car in for recall work on it's cooling system was expecting it to be done in around 3 days but was done same day. The staff where very friendly and helpful.
Had to take my brother in laws car in as they put too much oil in when it was serviced. It was only discovered when my husband checked the oil. Made arrangements to return this morning, problem rectified, however, they were very dismissive of the fact that THEY had over filled it and that it was only a small amount. Even a small amount can cause damage to the engine. No apology, nothing....we were told the technician had checked the brake fluid and topped it up (should have been done at service?) ,and THAT has been over filled too. Glad we don't have a Ford...
All done in less than 2 hours and car washed (twice in 2 days)
