Over all experience was first rate from dropping my car off to picking it up . Josh from the technical team greeted me he told me what the service entailed and exactly how much everything was going to cost so I was aware when I picked the car up how much my bill was going to be the only down side was the price??? The car had been washed and valeted which was excellent a BIG THANK .Josh was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable he made the whole experience stress less for me thank you Josh
Excellent at selling you a car and so they should be when they are taking tens of thousands off you however if you have any problems forget it, the service is beyond shocking, every time you call there is never anyone available and you get told they will call you back, don't wait in for this as this will be hours and hours later.My wife's car developed a fault and got flat bedded into BMW apparently they fixed it and then blew the engine testing it so waiting for a replacement engine now which they have no idea when as BMW themselves are out of parts, this was a month ago, all i get told once you do eventually get through is we haven't the parts yet could be 3 months, they don't have a clue, don't expect any courteous cars offered.So 1 month later and still without a car i have no idea, neither have they as to when I'm getting it back, I would give BMW service no stars if possible
Excellent service. My new car was presented to me in a room with a huge cloth being pulled back the level of service was outstanding. You really get the service the stars get x
