Felt so welcome when i walked in as i am very nervous. I will be getting alot off work done.I am happy with the friendly and caring staff and paul the dentist.Very impressed
Arrived 5 mins late for my appointment ( after phoning to advise that i would be late) to be met with an attitude from one of the girls on the desk (the other lady was very polite) and refused my appointment as they had given it to somebody else, taking into consideration that I am usually sat in the waiting room 10 minutes, sometimes 15 minutes after my allocated appointment time i find this disgusting patient service. As for the dentist treatment i find they are always trying to push expensive treatments onto their patients such as whitening etc. Safe to say I won't be returning
I unfortunately have had a very bad Dentist before going to your wonderful Practice andbeing so very fortunate to have had an appointment with Bogdan Burghelea WHAT ANAMAZING DENTIST THIS YOUNG MAN IS, HE HAS RESTORED MY FAITH IN GOING TOTHE DENTIST. BOGDAN TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND NOTHING IS TOOMUCH TROUBLE FOR HIM TO UNDERTAKE AND MAKE SURE THAT HIS PATIENT ISRELAXED AND HAPPY. HE IS SUCH A JOLLY YOUNG MAN WITH A GREAT SMILEAND A WONDERFUL SENSE OF HUMOUR. WHERE ON EARTH DID YOU GET SUCHGORGEOUS AND WONDERFUL YOUNG LADIES WORKING IN YOUR PRACTICE, THEYARE SO HELPFUL, KIND AND ALWAYS HAPPY, IF YOU HAVE TO VISIT A DENTALPRACTICE THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THIS PRACTICE BOGDAN!!!!Yvonne Curtis nee Abdd-El-Gowad.
The dentist I saw was incredibly rude and dismissive. She was far more interested in selling expensive tooth whitening than actually giving me a check up. Won't be seeing her again.
Went for a checkup which took 5 minutes and then basically was given a sales pitch while lying in the chair, when I declined to sign up for tooth whitening for 199 or 399 they lost all interest.Might be an idea to focus more on patients care and less on up selling extra products.If I wanted a hard sell Id go to a car sales showroom, dont expect it in the Dentist chair !
