Lexie was so gentle and so helpful. I would feel so comfortable going to her again. I now really enjoy going to the dentist. Dr.Wentz is fantastic. Than goodness we found her.

Brilliant caring practice
This is quite difficult as the dentists are possibly the best you can find. However the reception staff have atrocious customer service skills. They are abrupt and one in particular is ignorant. I still regard the dental practice as the best in Teesside but customer care training is needed urgently.
