had a problem with a cracked crown , rang at 9.10 , appointment 10.30 same day and all sorted fantastic service
The centre is poorly locatated, with the smallest car park, making it near impossible to find a parking space. The staff are friendly and welcoming however the appointments are always late! Even if youre the first in on a morning you will still probably have to wait longer than expected to see a dentist. Cannot say I would recommend the practice and now do go somewhere else as its easier to park and people actually get seen on time.
Kicked me out after not going for 2 yrs. Then told me to ring at 11am each morning as had tooth cracked. Rang Monday. No appointments. Rang Tuesday. Got appt. Turned up and power cut. Told me to ring back next day at 11am. Did and no appointment same next day. Forget it.
