Have always been really supportive and for years I would have rated them 5 Stars... But recently they have had a makeover, I don't know if they have also been taken over by a larger company. Whatever has happened I feel the friendly personal atmosphere which used to be a credit to them no longer exists and now it is purely about the money...I'm not saying they're not good at their job and they did do a great job of looking after my cat, they just don't seem to 'Love' the animals the way the previous vets did, in my opinion.
