1. Viewing. Very professional. After the initial viewing, I was particularly impressed with the results obtained following questions, such as "Had the boiler been inspected" and the follow up from the survey. At no time was I left unescorted.2. Follow up following my offer. To have a member of staff designated to look after my interest was really good. It turned out that completion could not have been achieved without her intervention.3. General. My welcome in the office was excellent and "Do feel free to come in anytime" was genuine and I feel that without the help I got, I would not have been able to get my dream bungalow.

Gowland White have been assisting me in purchasing a property that was for sale with themselves. Unfortunately we were in a chain and the sale fell through on 2 separate occasions, however thankfully the sale finally went through last week after around 8 months since having our offer accepted.
