Been the best Chinese for years changed curry and gravy ingredients..bloody awful wont be ordering anymore
Ordered beef and black bean sauce however it came in oyster sauce ,the beef very chewy and tasted fishy . When I rang they said it was in oyster sauce but did not offer a refund or to deliver my correct order . They said they too busy to bring me my correct order and if I wanted another meal I must come and collect it myself !!!. Appalling customer service and very disappointing food .
Great food and portions love special. Curry and special fried rice great food ever time I order.

We've never had a problem from lucky house. Food is good, portion size is good beef fried rice serves 2!. Customer service is very good, always polite. Not tried delivery service so cannot comment on that.I do wish they'd do a taste all, mini dishes so you can try different things
