Good food and friendly staff
Looking at previous reviews we decided to order here, understanding that its a sunday and the takeaway would be busy we were patient when our food was over an hour and a half past expected delivery. When we received our food our order was wrong. We rang the takeaway and the lady on the phone explained that the rest of our order would come but we'd have to wait a further hour so my boyfriend decided to pick it up and i said since we've waited so long would we be able to have something in exchange e.g. free drinks the lady in the background refused and then i asked to speak to her and heard her reply 'NO I DO NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS' being shocked by this the lovely lady on the phone who takes the orders offered to pay for our drinks our of her own money! The food may be nice when its here but I now regret ordering from a place that 1.has no respect for their custom and 2. makes their staff feel so uncomfortable that they actually offer to pay to resolve the matter. I would never order from here again and huge credit to the lady that took the orders.
Very bad customer service would NOT recommend! Waited over 2 hours for a delivery, to then receive cold, soggy food. They also got our order wrong and didnt give us any prawn crackers. Rang the shop to then be faced with rude and arrogant staff. Never got the right items back waste of money!!!!
Ordered it like once every 1-2 weeks, when studied in Durham! Great place, great prices and welcoming staff. Hope they'll accept debit/credit cards in future.
brilliant king prawn chop suey.loads of ingredients often missed by other take aways eg beansprouts,water chestnuts,green peppers,red peppers, mushrooms, onions.great flavour - loads of juicy prawns.will be my regular now
