Great facilities, love using the hydrotherapy pool after a good swim
Unbeatable facility's helpfull staff and reasonably priced
Dirty pool. One of the lifeguard he has long and blonde hair . And He use normal shoz around the pool even without shose cover which other use when they come from outside. and all the time speaking to girlfriend self. He don't care about other things or responsibility for job self
Been going to this gym for the last 10 months, gym is really good and staff seem nice however I wouldnt recommend at all due to an occurrence where the staff where useless and didnt seem to want to help at all.Parked my new car in the gym car park in an end space on my right leaving loads of room to the left side of my car for another vehicle and I come back to find a big dent in the left hand side door where someones obviously smashed their door off mine and not left a note. I asked the staff for CCTV and explained the issue and got told they have CCTV for the car park but cannot give me it and I have to go through my insurance. Absolutely ridiculous to have to go through my own insurance to sort damages caused by a third party, especially when. CCTV is in force and I could just attempt to prosecute the third party with CCTV footage the gym have.The staff honestly couldnt care less about the damage to my car or their customers cars when parked up in their car park and I wont be renewing my membership here in January 2019
Nice clean new facilities. A touch on the expensive side for membership but staff are great, it's spacious and I've not been whilst it's been anymore than a few people around. It's worth it especially for my sons swimming lessons. He's pretty much got the hang of it after two lessons. The teacher has been amazing with him.
