Been going here for around 6 months and I've enjoyed it very much. Staff are kind and helpful with anything you need. Facilities are high quality and always clean. It's compact but has everything you need. Love it so far.
Ive been a member at Atom for over 3 years. The gym has everything you need for a good work out. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the personal trainer sessions are fantastic. The members consist of all age groups who are friendly and considerate to others. I highly recommend Atom to anyone looking to get fit and healthy!
Ive been going to Atom gym for 2 years now and the last year I took up the membership to include Yoga. During this time Ive lost a lot of weight and gained strength and confidence.The staff and members of the gym are so friendly, its a real community.The staff are great trainers, I have done PT sessions with 2 of the trainers and I attend classes with other trainers. There is a lot of variety.Atom also hosts team charity events which are great fun and cater for all abilities in addition to raising money for great charities.I would highly recommend as it has been a life enhancing fitness / health journey!
Atom is a great gym. Never have I found a gym that I like until I started coming here. Staff was really friendly and you are made to feel welcome. The atmosphere in the gym is the best bit about it. Everyone is just there to get fit and enjoy it. Would recommend Atom to anyone!
I have been a member since November last year. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help you to achieve your goals. They are very knowledgeable on how to treat different injuries and alternative exercises based on your needs. The facilities are spotless. Indoor cycling classes are my favourite!
