Initially i was very pleased with DLG. The service was fast, efficient and extremely professional.I was about to rate them 10/10. Then i realised that they had fitted the back screen wiper the wrong way, which meant that it did not wipe the window but the tale gate. I found out they had done this as i was driving down the motop way in the early hours of the morning in very heavy rain. NOT GOOD DLG Where was the Quality Control of work carried out .
In what world is it acceptable to drill holes into somebody's really expensive number plate, which was quite clearly glued on to the bumper?! Disgusting laziness and disregard for the customers property - do not use.
U.K.Assistance carried out a repair on my 2007 Ford Focus 8/3/16 after a guy reversed into me. Car required new rear passenger side door and wheel arch dent repair. They promised a 7 day turnaroud, which they did. The repair is first class and the paint match considering the age of the car is exceptional. They also gave me a 5 yr guarantee on repairs and paint, excellent. Definitely recommend these guys.
