Not good for Scan and Go. Sick and tired of getting "Quality check"ed. 6th time in as many weeks. Decided to leave the shopping in the trolley this time and just walk away.

Huge selection of everything, with a massive carpark to suitWhat can be said... this place is huge, it's got all the usual asda dealsVery recommend to anyone in the area.

Very disappointing service. I stood up stairs by their service desk waiting to be served for just over 25 minutes. I wanted to buy a DS2 for my little boy. There was a sign instructing me to press the bell but after 10 minutes still no colleague or assistance. I ended up ringing the store and explained to Peter the night Manger, who answered that I was waiting upstairs and wanted to by a DS2 that was locked in the glass display cabinet behind the desk. He transferred me through to the department but after a couple of minutes, the call rang off so ended up ringing again. Peter answered again and this time advised me hed come up. Another 10 minutes pass and no sign of Peter or any of his colleagues until a young guy arrives and informs me the desk closes after 10PM and hes unable to serve me; No sign informing of this so at this point I was really annoyed. The young lad had a pretty poor attitude and didnt really give two hoots. I asked to see the manager and after another 10 minutes Peter appeared. He informed me they have no keys to the cabinet as apparently the lock had broken. An absolute joke. Why didnt he just tell me this on the phone?!The biggest smack in the teeth was that neither of them cared or compensated me in anyway. I told them Id be leaving this review on google and they just shrugged their shoulders, told me they couldnt do anything and walked off. This is what customer service looks like in 2018 / 2019.

I come to shop here every saturday and i've never had problem getting parked. My only issue is with the lack of policing of the disabled bays, just because your lazy and weigh a ton doesn't give you the right to take a disabled bay without a blue badge.Other than that the staff are always nice and talkative and are willing to help with pretty much anything.

I enjoyed my first visit to this ASDA store. It's a shame that there are no buses that go down that way otherwise I would go more often. It's a bit of a walk to get there from where I live. The store itself has everything you need and it has some nice clothing upstairs and homeware section.
