As a property developer new to the area, half the battle is building a network of tradesmen to use on each project.There are a lot of cowboys around. Fortunately Paul and Aaron are a diamond in the rough.From the outset, both Paul and Aaron were extremely professional, honest and full of advice.The work was carried out the standard I would expect (but very rarely receive).They went out of their way to help me and teach me a few things along the way. You cannot go wrong with these chaps. I have no idea what the other reviewer Jonathon is talking about. Hes probably one of those clowns that has a warped sense of reality and leaves bad reviews for unjust reasons. Case in point:1) Paul told me hed send the quote to me the same day...he did.2) Both Paul and Aaron answer the phone every time I called and if not, would call me back at the first possible opportunity.Will be using them on the next property without hesitation.
After hiring once before I got in touch again for a leak in a house I rent out. I was not called after the initial visit on saturday and instead I called on the monday. I was told he would price it and get back to me that day. On the thursday I called again and was sent a text saying he'd get back in touch. On the friday despite calling again no answer. The ceiling was now damaged and alot of further frustration had occured. Resolved the leak myself in 3 hours which I'd imagine was alot longer than it would've taken a professional. Disappointed in the service or lack there of.
Paul from Gas northeast came out to our property to install a new gas hob and service our boiler. the booking was short notice but he made sure we could get booked in. He came on a Saturday too witch was great as most other companies would not entertain our availability. He was on time, uniformed and well presented. Paul carried out the work professionally and efficiently with a friendly attitude. I would without doubt recommend Gas Northeast to anyone in need of a local gas safe plumber in Teesside, Northeast.
