Richardsons provided an amazing service at really short notice.Challenge one was to move out of a house in Cornwall a 750 mile round trip, challenge 2 was to store the contents of the house until a new property could be found.The ethos of Richardsons seems to be to go the extra mile excuse the pun!Stress was eliminated, we felt fully supported 100% of the time.The team are incredibly cheerful and helpful nothing was too much trouble.The vehicles were really well maintained, clean and plenty of packaging materials and padding were on board to ensure everything as well protected during the journey.Agreed times were adhered to and Richardsons kept in touch in the lead up to the move giving us massive reassurance and confidence.The furniture arrived in perfect condition and bearing in mind that it was raining when the van was loaded, the team took the time and trouble to ensure everything was completely dry before storing.Thankfully Richardsons were able to store all of our furniture in a sealed container professionally and safely again eliminating any stress and also taking the pressure off us to find another property.We would encourage anyone who is moving to use the Richardsons team whole heartedly recommend their service.Thank you!

Would highly recommend these guys, very professional, very clean removals. They really looked after my pride and joy... the TV! The only downside was they didn't read the notes and bring some protection for the rotten decking at the old house and put a hole in a couple of the boards. Otherwise superb service.
A very experienced piano removals team moved my baby grand piano into my house and set it up for me. All of the team were skilled and knowledgeable about pianos and were very careful with the piano and the house.
