In new property and it has one of these Rockdoors which has to have the inner lock at down position when you go out or else the key won't work and NOTHING gets you past that!!! I had also put a Patlock on conservatory doors so there was no way even the worlds best burglar would get in.We rang the guy from Around The Clock Locksmith who came within 10 minutes and between him and my husband they took the top opening window off in bedroom ( thankfully we are in a bungalow ) and Mr Thurston climbed through. We have 2 dogs who were rather upset to have a stranger walking out of our bedroom so he had to do his lion taming routine to close them both in the conservatory while he went to open the front door.They then replaced window and all he charged was his call out fee of 55 which incidentally if he wasn't able to get in for us he wouldn't have charged anyway.Can't fault his service, lovely man would not hesitate to recommend to anyone should you need help at any time.
Peter arrived when he said he would, told us upfront about the costs, let us know at each step what the consequences of different actions would be. Got our door to open and close so that it was secure, sourced the parts to fix the problem, returned exactly when he said he would do and fitted the new parts. Can't ask for more.
