I have more faith and confidence in these solicitors.Long story short, I was recommended this firm last minute and was represented at the case hearing a few days later. I also felt listened to and were doing their job in representing me, as their client, unlike my previous solicitors...
Please avoid this solicitors office like the plague. I spoke to a rather rude Secretary who when I asked for her name point blank refused it as she was aware I wanted to make a complaint against her. Not only was she rude to me, but she was also rude to a partner who called previously. Her customer service skills are zero and I honestly think they need to send their secretary's to be re trained, no one wants to speak to a condescending and ignorant person when they are going through whatever it is that let's them need to have a solicitor. I am a law abiding tax payer and am disgusted with how this woman spoke to me.
Worst solicitors iv ever used absolutely waste of time using them they forget about things all the time and don't follow up procedures iv just lost a job because of there famous saying (I'm really sorry I forgot I'll do it now!!!!!)
