Attended The Nuffield to see Mr.Smerdon. On my arrival till the end of my visits I was in awe of the professionalism of every member of staff. My treatment started on the 9th November ended 22nd November in that time Mr Smerdon performed 2 opperations on my eyes. Apprehensive did not come close to what I felt on arrival. Leaving 2hrs later I was overwhelmed with how at ease I felt even looking forward to the second opperation. Mr.Smerdon has given me a new outlook on life along with perfect eyesight I thank you Sir and The Nuffield Yours Greatfully G.A.Reid
I cannot find the words to thankyou to everyone for a 5 * stay.From the start with mr cook to mr Nargol who replaced my knee. Its hard to find one single fault. Hospital staff were smart ,helpful and always cheerful even thou they had their own problems at times. In theatre I was very well cared for ,dare I say fun !! With my jungle juice anaesthetist who was so Lovley ! After all ward staff were just amazing. Shout out for the night staff who came within seconds when hit the buzzer ! Food perfection ! Private room. Spotless . I went in Monday out Wednesday morning. No bruising or swelling. Out shopping Thursday. Down to a great surgeon ,after care .fabulous physiotherapist huge huge Thankyou to all of you. Merry Xmas. Highly recommend
Mr Nargol carried out a hip replacement last week. From initial consultations to surgery. Mr Nargol and each and everyone of the staff who were part of the process were faultless. Every process 100%.
I went to this place privately. Was expecting to get quality treatment for that amount of money. This place very disappointed me. The physiotherapist was late on my appointment and whole appointment was just about talking instead helping and showing off some physio skill how to treat people. Physiotherapist talked down to me and was talking like he knows everything but end up saying nothing usefull. Never would come back to this place again and will not recommend at all.
