We went here for tiles a few month back now and I always meant to leave a review. We got the best customer service of our entire lives from Abby (I think she was a manager?) She was so pleasant and helpful, helped us make good decisions, ensured we got the best price possible, made sure we didn't forget any necessities that we might not have thought of, helped load our car and even helped keep the kids happy while we were looking at tiles. All in all the best experience I've basically ever had in a shop and certainly didn't expect it going in. Wouldn't go anywhere else for tiles ever as long as Abby is still there, even if I could get things cheaper elsewhere.
Fantastic staff all very helpful, stayed late to assist with the loading of our van. Could not recommend highly enough. Well done guys keep up the good work.
