We went with Crake and mallon after ringing other funeral homes in Stockton hartlepool and Middlesbrough,. Christopher Black came to my home to see me and my sister to arrange my mams funeral (Mrs Harcourt) Christopher was so sympathetic, kind and caring from start to finish,.the reception team even gave my sister advice about things we weren't even aware of. We wanted my mam to leave from my aunties house which was my mams childhood home and all the other funeral homes we rang charged extra, where Craig and mallon didn't Christopher went the extra mile for us, even finding a burial plot for a family member which non of us knew where it was,so made my family so happy. Day of the funeral they were absolutely brilliant done my mam proud how they took care of her from start to finish.i was frozen and he even offered me his coat and the crematorium. Honest to god they are Brilliant, couldnt of asked for a more caring and kind service from them. Thank you Christopher and the reception team yous were lovely i cant thank you enough. Thankyou for taking care of my mam and my family xx
A funeral is an awful thing to organise but Crake and Mallon are amazing at what they do and all take the hard work off your hands.Chris and his team did an expert job for me and I feel like my Mum was honoured in the best way possible.Highly recommended.
Actually encountered a problem on this occasion, yet it was dealt with in a swift and professional manner, which will not put me off using the company in the future. My family have used this particular firm now for many years, and have always commended their sincere and dignified service. Smartly dressed staff and lovely vehicles also.
