Not happy at all with the service of this company. They arranged flowers for my brother in laws funeral. They were told from the start that the flowers needed to be at the Coop Funeral for 8.30am as the hurst was leaving for the crematorium at 9am. The lady in the shop even said that they would probably deliver them the night before. The flowers did not arrive till approximately 9.15am. The hurst had already left the Coop Funeral to go to the crematorium and had to return back to the Coop Funeral so the flowers could go with him. When confronted about the mess up their attitude was well you got the flowers didn't you. Yeah they arrived late. Definitely won't be recommending this place that's for sure!!!
