I can't believe the earlier review! Doctor Gargett is a pleasant patient focussed man. My mum and I have been impressed by his calm caring attitude. Dr Corbett is thorough and puts patients at their ease with her warm friendly manner. They coped admirably under pressure until Dr Mendis joined the team. ( but we haven't met him yet)Receptionists and nurses are polite and helpful. When I compare this practice to that of my friends it is definitely one of the best serving our local CCG.
Staff could not be more helpful, especially the reception staff, this is a great practice which specialises in helping people. Super friendly and efficient - wouldn't go anywhere else.
The doctors argue between them selfs about there prescribing, dr garget is a control freek who picks on women, i asked if i could bring adult social services as i am vunrable due too my mental health, he leaned forward put his face into mine and his hand on his chest, WITH the most scary evil look & said social services WONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO! All i wanted was there support because i didnt understand things, im vunrable with personality disorders, i was too scared to go in again so my partner/carrer went in for me & she came home in tears shaking, so i stood up for us both and nicely told him he seems to upset us and contradict everything we do or say, i said it infront of a student so he acted all nice, he then got revenge giving me daily scripts so id have to go chemist with osteoarthrisis and fybromialgia and he new i had trouble even going to toilet at home, but expected me to walk 9 miles there and 9 back to my nearest chemist everyday, he even doubted my problems, but since leaving and finding an amazing dr who uped my medication and made it 2 weekly, ive had tests that prove my muscles, joints, bones have been suffering with osteoarthrisis and fibromyalgia for years, my knees have no gaps as dont my wrists, im happy with a good dr but it all haunts me at night, ALSO A DR WAS SACKED AND IN THE NEWS & PAPERS BECAUSE HE WAS CONVICTED OF PRESCIRIBING HIMSELF IN OTHER PATIENTS NAMES IN ORDER TO GET MEDICATION,, LOOK UP DR LITTLE PARK LANE SURGERY STILLINGTON, STOCKTON-ON-TEES HE GOT AWAY WITH IT FOR YEARS, IVE WROTE ABOUT THIS SURGERY BEFORE ONLINE AND IM THINKING OF TELLING MY STORY ON JEREMY KYLE IF HE DOES A MEDICAL SPECIAL,
