Love this place, welcoming, amazingly knowledgeable on their books and happy to have a natter over a cup of coffee!
This is possibly the best bookshop I have ever been to. My daughter loves it and I can have a cup of coffee while she browses.
A wonderful selection of books, a warm welcome, helpful advice and really friendly, knowledgeable service. There were lots of signed copies of books for a special gift and we took our haul home in a sturdy paper bag too, so there is a focus on sustainability too. There is a lovely selection of other independent shops on the same street (wool, models, gifts) and an interesting enterprise start up hub round the corner, which sells outstanding ice-cream!We took a special trip into Stockton to visit this shop and really enjoyed our afternoon, which we would repeat.
