Absolutely love this shop but the way I've been treated over the parking is a disgrace..I received a parking notice for parking illegally in a disabled bay..the photograph that was taken shows I was only parked in a normal bay..The bays are supposed to be blue or with yellow wheelchairs in them..I was parked in neither as there isn't any bays that are blue..I therefore will never shop over this establishment again due to the enforcement officers not doing there jobs and scamming innocent people out of there hard earned cash..
Wonderful service and top quality for everything - motoring and biking .Built 2 new bikes within an hour and everything was top quality , including accessories - You really do get what you pay for!
Excellent customer service.From Neil the manager to the rest of the lads who go above and beyond to help.The guys sorted my bike out there and then and helped me choose the right bike for my grandson. Nothing is too much trouble for the lads upstairs and also would like to thank the guy who helped us sort our bike rack out. You didn't have to help but you did and we appreciate that.Well done lads, you make a great team
Young guy upstairs very knowledgeable and plesent very helpful when I picked bike up downstairs was like shopping In another store after waiting for young girl to finish picking her nose behind counter I enquired about availability or pressure washer. Response from across the store Nah out of stock.Training required in some areas.
No help had to try and find my own paint code one member of staff couldn't make time to help me very disappointed..
