Very friendly and welcoming! A little gem hidden in Stockton! Doggy friendly too so well worth a visit!
Canny pub and OK beer spoilt by blasting music and no heating on, Sunday afternoon in January, no telly on, miserable barmaid,... No food on the bar, I can't see who they are trying to attract? It's not a beardy real ale pub, it's not a towny bar, it's not a cheapo pub. It needs to get its own identity, unless that identity is "cold empty pub", then it has succeeded.
4.70 a pint of beer, your having a laugh !! Best going to the sun inn . 2.00 a pint of good beer and good music
Great place, friendly atmosphere. Barman was very knowledgeable about the drinks on offer.
